Postpartum Package

Doula Post-partum Package includes:

• 2 prenatal visitis to establish the sanctuary plan and resource evaluation to support the family during the first 40 days of life (included)

• Attending to the physical needs of the family post-birth including but not limited to infant care, light housework, meal preparation, sibling support, emotional support

• Refer and coordinate support services to ensure family has needed resources

• 24/7 support via phone, text and/or email

• Emotional support to family and assess any postpartum challenges

• Newborn care education and support

Pricing:

$350.00 Deposit and $40/hour with 2-hour minimum per visit.
